Ms. Khater has over 20 years of extensive work experience in international higher education.
She has expertise and vast experience in education and training, scholarship management, exchange programs, academic and career advice, and
new program development.
Currently, she serves as the Manager of Pre-University Programs with Young Talent Development under Strategic National Advancement. Previously, she was Advisor to the Director General at the UAE Space Agency. Her primary role was to strategically plan and implement educational and training programs aimed at building capacity and developing interest and awareness among UAE nationals in STEM fields. She also served as the Head
for the Academic Advising Unit at the Scholarships Office, Ministry of Presidential Affairs, in UAE, managing and academically monitoring students studying abroad
